These terms describe general use of Nosetu Launcher, the nosetu.com website, and related services. If you disagree, do not use the software or create an account.
1. What the service is
Nosetu Launcher is a client to download, update, and access games on the Nosetu network. The website provides accounts, downloads, and support.
The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee permanent uptime of third-party servers or every game at all times.
2. User account
Registration requires accurate data (username, email, and password). You are responsible for your account and keeping your password private.
We may suspend or close accounts for abuse, fraud, support spam, or behavior that harms the community or the service.
3. Allowed use
Use the launcher and website in a personal, reasonable way. Do not attempt to break systems, automate abuse, or redistribute the installer as your own product.
Games and servers may have their own rules—follow those as well as these general terms.
4. Downloads and software
Official downloads are offered from nosetu.com and related links. Install only from sources you recognize as ours.
Updates may arrive automatically. Back up your local characters or files when a game requires it.
5. Support
Web and launcher support is for account, launcher, and access questions. We may limit attachments, open tickets, and message frequency.
Do not use the channel for illegal content, threats, or unnecessary sensitive data.
6. General limitation
Where permitted by applicable law, Nosetu is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or third-party service interruptions.
